Niral Patel

Niral Patel is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ADG since March 2025, Niral previously held the position of Google Cloud Leader for Africa at Google from August 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, Niral was the Managing Director at Oracle from July 2017 to August 2021 and held dual roles as Managing Director & General Manager at Hitachi Data Systems from March 2017 to July 2017. Niral's career began at Microsoft, where responsibilities included leading Public Sector strategies and managing Telecommunications & Media industries, followed by a decade at IBM in various executive positions focused on sales, brand management, and market development across Africa. Niral holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and is pursuing an MBA from Warwick Business School, alongside studies at INSEAD.
