Matthew Douglas

Matthew Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and military service. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at ADG Venture Group since August 2020 and as an Assistant Professor at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business since August 2018, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and education. Prior to these roles, Matthew had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer from 1996 to August 2018 and as Dean of Students at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from July 2017 to June 2018. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of North Texas, a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Angelo State University.
