Eddie Liu

Eddie Liu has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eddie is currently the Chief People Officer and Senior HR Advisor at Adgo. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Validus Capital.

Eddie's longest tenure was at Nomura, where they held various roles including AEJ Regional Head of Human Resources for Banking, Markets and Wealth, Head of HR for Singapore/SEA, Senior Human Resources Generalist in Investment Banking, Co-Head of Global Markets Human Resources for APAC, and Regional Head of Human Resources for Singapore & India.

Eddie also has experience at DKR Oasis as the Head of Human Resources, Forum Personnel as an Executive Recruiter and Head of Human Resources Practice, Solutions Inc as the Head of Human Resources and COO, Goldman Sachs in banker recruiting for the Investment Banking division, and Citi as a CAO in Human Resources and e-Citi Business Manager.

Eddie played a key role in the growth and merger of the firm's internet division at Citi, supporting over 1500 staff during the height of Y2K and emerging technologies.

Eddie Liu pursued their education in various institutions. Eddie first attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Economics. Afterwards, they enrolled at Clemson University and completed a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Subsequently, they attended The University of Hong Kong and earned an MBA degree. Currently, Eddie is an ABD (All But Dissertation) student at New York University, focusing on Organizational Psychology.
