Michael Tardif

Chief Executive Officer at AdGrid Media

Michael Tardif has over 25 years of experience in the technology and digital media industries. Michael began their career in 1992 as the Computer Design Director at Backer Spielvogel & Bates. In 1995, they moved to Ogilvy & Mather as a Partner and Computer Design Director, where they created the New Media center and was responsible for print ads, Internet and design projects for clients such as IBM, American Express, Kodak and other multi-national accounts. Michael also developed new IBM branding guidelines and built the IBM Solutions Center to coordinate global marketing efforts. In 1998, they became the Managing Director of Project Management at Ammirati Puris Lintas, where they started the Project Management division, developed a new agency workflow model, and created the APL Knowledge Center - a worldwide collaboration system for clients such as Dell, Nestl\u00e9, Unilever, and UPS. In 2002, they joined PrintVision as the Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw day-to-day operations for a leading enterprise print outsourcing company. Michael managed Technology, Product Development, Marketing, Client Services and third party alliances, and clients included Alcoa, American Cancer Society, Prudential, Starwood Hotels and IKON. In 2000, they founded Beehive 6, an enterprise-wide portal company featuring project and knowledge management tools for advertising agencies, their clients and vendors. Michael managed a global programming team, Product Development, Sales, and third party partnerships, and clients included Nestl\u00e9, KBP, and other mid-size agencies. In 2005, they joined Infinia Group as a Digital Principal, where clients included BearingPoint, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, BNP Paribas, Dechert and multiple private equity firms. Michael also built and launched the Theatre Development Fund (TDF) web site. In 2008, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Sourcetop, and in 2021 they assumed the same role at AdGrid Media.

Michael Tardif attended Lewiston High School.
