Michael Olson

Michael Olson has worked in the tech industry since 2015. Michael started their own business, Michael Olson USB, as a General Computer Technician in 2015. In 2016, they joined the National Center for Supercomputing Applications as an Undergraduate Research Scientist where they collaborated to deploy OpenStack and experimented with core and optional OpenStack services. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer at Quicket Solutions. In 2020, they moved to Blockfills as a Software Engineer, and then in 2021 they joined Notarize as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Python Engineer at Vizit.

Michael Olson attended Waubonsee Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Mathematics and Computer Science. Michael then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
