Zack Halloran has a wealth of experience in engineering and technology roles. From 2009 to 2020, they have held various positions in the tech industry. In 2009, they were the Program Manager/Technical Coordinator for the Computational Health Informatics Program at Boston Children's Hospital. From 2012 to 2017, they were the CTO of RNsights, where they drove design and implementation of strategic features/products critical to existing and prospective revenue generation efforts. In 2014, they were the Director of Crowdmap/Director of Platform Cloud at Ushahidi, where they designed and implemented cloud hosting architecture, automated testing and Continuous Deployment of PHP & Angular apps using Codeship, Docker and Ansible, and a distributed job queue for Ushahidi. In 2015, they were the Technology Team Lead at The Addis Clinic, where they directed development of and provided support for the mobile app and web applications used to provide remote medical consultations for clinics in Ethiopia & Kenya, and lead OpenMRS (JAVA) and Django Application development. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Engineering at Adhark, and the Vice President of Engineering at VIZIT.

Zack Halloran completed a Master of Science in Information System from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University between 2007 and 2009. Zack also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same school during that same time period.
