Katja Göbel

Katja G. is an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in government and online learning environments. Currently leading the development of the Queensland Government Design System at Queensland Government since October 2021, Katja manages design requirements across multiple government departments, focusing on accessibility and best-practice design components. Previously at Queensland Health, Katja designed comprehensive online course suites, managed a team for user-centric learning projects, and transformed online learning systems with consistent branding. Additional experience includes designing digital products at Canstar and providing graphic design services across various media at Breed Brand Management and News Advantage. Katja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Industries with a focus on Communication Design from Queensland University of Technology.
