Elisabetta Bressan

Elisabetta Bressan has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and companies. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Stagista presso la Direzione del Personale at Electrolux. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Sales & Service Representative at ManpowerGroup. From 2002 to 2008, they served as a Branch Manager at Manpower spa. In 2008, they held the role of Product Manager Permanent Recruitment at Manpower. From 2009 to 2013, Elisabetta worked as a Key Account Manager at ManpowerGroup Italia. Elisabetta then served as a Recruitment Development Manager from 2013 to 2016. Starting from 2016, Elisabetta joined ADHR GROUP. Elisabetta first worked as a Permanent Recruitment & Group HR Director until December 2019, and currently, they hold the position of Sales & Operations Director.

Elisabetta Bressan completed their bachelor's degree in Scienze Politiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 1999 and 2003. In 2005, they attended a language course in English at ARSAP. Later, in 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from CESMA MILANO. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a professional coaching degree in Business Coach from OLTRE - AICIS per le Organizzazioni, with registration number A.Co.I. n° 804.
