Karan Botre

Karan Botre has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Karan started their career at Optimum HR in 2016 as a Trainee Recruiter and worked their way up to become a Team Lead - Recruitments, where they handled niche hiring projects and mentored a team with individual targets. In 2020, Karan joined CRB Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition. Karan then moved on to Persistent Systems in 2021 as an Executive Talent Acquisition, specializing in recruiting for domestic Salesforce platforms. In 2022, Karan joined Korn Ferry as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed end-to-end technical recruitment for internal roles. Currently, they are working at ADI Group - ASIA as a Recruitment Team Lead, responsible for handling delivery in India and headhunting for IT and non-IT demands in SEAC.

Karan Botre attended Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Bsc Agriculture. Karan then pursued a degree in Human Resource at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2007 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma.
