Alex Lugovoy

Mr. Alex Lugovoy has over 15 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. His management consulting and operational experience span portfolio strategy, licensing, marketing, sales, medical, and R&D.

Prior to starting his own company, Dobrin Consulting, Alex started and led the “Business Development, Strategy, and M&A” department at Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals (now – Indivior), a leading global addiction pharmaceutical company where he was the Senior Manager. Prior to that role, Alex led the business development and brand management practice at Campbell Alliance, a leading healthcare management consulting company. And prior to joining Campbell Alliance, Alex was a director at Columbia Science and Technology Ventures where he oversaw the creation of 5 start-up pharmaceutical/biotech companies. Alex also worked as a Sales and Marketing Professional at Eli Lilly where he was the rookie of the year within the Sales division before going on to help launch Cymbalta as a member of the brand team.

Over the last 6 years as a head of Business Development and Strategy at Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals Alex worked to build a successful product launch, lifecycle management strategy and execution, and a full development pipeline within Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals through licensing and partnerships with the leading addiction and CNS pharmaceutical companies.
