Paul T.

Paul T. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Paul is currently working as the VP, Head of Facilities Operations at Adicet Bio, Inc since April 2023. Previous to this role, they served as the Head of Facilities & Engineering at Arsenal Biosciences from December 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director, Facilities & Engineering at Molecular Templates from June 2020 to December 2021. Paul also worked as the Director, Facilities & Engineering at Kite Pharma from October 2017 to June 2020 and as the Director - Engineering, Validation & Maintenance at Alcami Corporation from May 2016 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Paul held various roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals, including Associate Director, R&D Lab Operations from September 2013 to May 2016 and Manager, Engineering Technical Services from September 2011 to September 2013. Paul also gained experience at Genentech/Roche, where they worked as a Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor, Aseptic Operations from February 2011 to September 2011, Sr. Technical Manager, Equipment, Facilities & Utilities from August 2008 to February 2011, and Automation Engineer II from March 2005 to August 2008.

Paul began their career as a Process Engineer at Apotex Inc. in June 2002 and worked there until March 2005. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in facilities operations, engineering, maintenance, calibration, and GMP cleaning in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Paul has also managed teams, mentored professionals, and developed extensive knowledge in process control and building management systems.

Paul T. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University between the years 1995 and 1999. Later, in 2007, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). That same year, they also completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. To further their education, Paul T. pursued a Master's Degree in Biotechnology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in 2004, they obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
