Richie Balla is an experienced professional in quality control microbiology with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director and formerly Associate Director of QC Microbiology at Adicet Bio, Inc. since June 2022, Richie has held various positions in notable biotech companies, including QC Microbiology Manager at Lykan Bioscience and Quality Control Microbiology Supervisor at Paragon Bioservices, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biosecurity and Biodefense and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Homeland Security, both obtained from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate degree in Applied Science in Biotechnology from Montgomery College.
