Erika W. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Erika started their career at Google as the Group Director of The Zoo and Emerging Business Development, where they worked with major advertisers on digital-first communication strategies for various consumer launches. Erika then moved to Uber as the Head of Brand Relevance, leading brand transformation and partnership strategies. Erika later served as the Head of Global Brand Marketing at PayPal, where they pioneered a purpose-driven strategy and developed new products. Erika also took on advisory and investor roles at Huckleberry Studio and Bored Ape Yacht Club. Recently, Erika has been working as an Advisor for RIVET, Salesforce Web3 Studio, and tonies®, while also holding the position of Marketing & Metaverse Advisor at DPAA.

Erika W. completed their education at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Chapman University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Marketing & Management.
