Alyona Fedorchenko

Alyona Fedorchenko is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience at Mars, serving as the Global Vice President of the Gum & Mints Portfolio since June 2007. In this role, Alyona has revitalized a multibillion-dollar portfolio by exploring market opportunities and engaging the next generation of consumers. Previous positions include Marketing Director, where Alyona led the transformation of the Gum, Mints & Fruity Confections Business Unit during the merger of Mars Chocolate and Wrigley, and Portfolio Director, where Alyona successfully turned around the US Gum & Mints business. Earlier experiences as a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager included significant achievements for iconic brands such as Starburst and Altoids. Alyona holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in International / Global Studies from Far Eastern Federal University, complementing a strong leadership foundation with training from the Institute for Real Growth.
