Esther Hou

Esther Hou is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in optimizing product availability and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Product Supply Manager at adidas since July 2021, Esther leads the SEA/TH Product Supply team, focusing on maintaining financial KPIs and managing inventory to meet customer demand. Prior to this role, Esther spent over a decade at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP, where various positions included Assistant Supply Planning Manager and Senior Supply Chain Executive, overseeing supply chain operations, improving processes, and managing product launches. Esther holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Republic Polytechnic.
