Ivana Micin is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retail marketing and brand activation, currently serving as the Retail Marketing Activation Senior Manager for South East Europe at adidas since April 2008. Ivana's role focuses on optimizing brand impact, sell-out, and profitability across a network of 110 stores in 11 countries, while also overseeing a team of six members.
