Jithesh Ramachandran

Jithesh Ramachandran is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing at adidas since October 2008, with previous roles including Director of Lean and Manufacturing Excellence and Senior Business Consultant at the Reebok Headquarters. Jithesh has extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives, having worked as a Continuous Improvement Expert and Manager of Continuous Improvement in South Asia. Prior to adidas, Jithesh held various management positions at MAS Holdings from November 1998 to September 2008, including roles in Head of Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering, as well as Operations and Planning Manager across multiple manufacturing firms in India and Kenya. Jithesh's educational background includes attendance at Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Kannur, Kerala, from 1980 to 1993.
