Joerg Fischer

Joerg Fischer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joerg started their career at Raps Group in 1995 as Sales for Switzerland, Australia, and Germany. In 1998, they became the Head of Group Controlling at Raps Group in Germany. Joerg then joined adidas in 2001, where they held various positions including Head of Global Marketing Controlling and VP of adidas Markt. Oper. & Prod Contrlg. Joerg also served as the CFO of adidas Italy and SEE, with responsibilities for financial management and representing the adidas Group on tax and legal matters in Italy. From 2012 to 2018, Joerg held senior leadership roles in Corporate Solutions and Center of Excellence Finance at adidas. Joerg then took on interim roles as SVP Corporate Solutions & all market IT and VP CIO & Transformation Office and Engineering SAP & Corporate. Joerg'smost recent roles at adidas include Head of Tech Portfolio & Performance Management and Head of Corporate & Operations Finance Strategy and Programs, where they oversaw the smooth separation of Reebok as part of the Authentic Brands Group. In 2023, Joerg will take on the role of VP GBS HR Services and Solutions at adidas.

Joerg Fischer obtained a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Economics from Justus Liebig University Giessen, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In 2018 and 2019, they also completed a program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
