Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jorge worked at adidas as a Director of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining the adidas mobile retail app for Android. Jorge also worked as a Lead Mobile Software Engineer at adidas, where they were involved in testing and improving the security of applications and services. Prior to that, they worked at CloudProSports as a Mobile Software Engineer, focused on developing a multi-sports tool. Jorge also has experience as a Mobile Engineer at Carbon by BOLD, where they worked on various components and integrations. Jorge started their career as a Game Developer at Biodroid Entertainment Group and also served as a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft.

Jorge Costa attended the Polytechnic of Leiria from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at Externato Cooperativo da Benedita and obtained a Technical degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Jorge has also obtained additional certifications, including Associate Android Developer from Google Developers in December 2017 and CCNA 1, 2 & 3 from Cisco in June 2007.
