Katie Chong

Katie Chong is the Director of eCommerce Projects and Programs at Adidas. Katie has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and staffing. Katie began their career in HR at Nike, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Katie then moved to Boly:Welch, a staffing agency, where they spent five years as a Staffing Coordinator. In 2012, Katie joined Adidas as a Human Resources Generalist. Katie was promoted to Human Resources Manager, Retail Field in 2014 and Sr. Human Resources Manager, DTC in 2015. In their current role, Katie leads a team of HR professionals who support the Adidas eCommerce business.

Katie Chong has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portland, a HR Certificate Program from Portland State University, a BS in Business with an Emphasis in HR from Marist College, and a degree in Business with an Emphasis in Accounting and Math from the University of Puget Sound.
