Kirsten Duffill

Kirsten Duffill has a diverse work experience in the field of employee relations and employment law. Kirsten currently holds the position of Vice President Global Employee Relations at adidas, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nike for several years, where they served in various roles such as Employee Relations Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa and HR Business Partner. Before Nike, they worked as an Employment Lawyer at both DAC Beachcroft LLP and Clarkslegal LLP. Kirsten began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP and also gained experience as an Assistant Researcher at the House of Commons in 2007.

Kirsten Duffill attended Consensio Partners in 2021, where they obtained an Accredited Workplace Mediation Certificate in the field of Mediation. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they studied at the College of Law, York, completing a Legal Practice Course with a focus on Law.
