Marcel Kouassi

Marcel Kouassi is a Junior Product Manager specializing in collaborations at BIRKENSTOCK since May 2023. Previously, Marcel served as a Material Developer for sportswear at adidas from November 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included material selection, maintaining relationships with design and sourcing teams, and overseeing material development processes. Marcel's earlier roles encompassed product development for football apparel at adidas, internship experiences in quality and CSR at Acne Studios, and a graduation internship focused on smart functional materials at Saxion University. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Saxion University and is currently advancing training as a product manager at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
