Michael Silitch

Michael Silitch serves as the Ski Mountaineering Programme Director at Apex2100 since 2025, focusing on elite ski mountaineering race training for athletes aiming for World Cup and Olympic levels, while integrating education. Silitch has also been a Product & Testing Advisor for adidas since 2016, providing insights on outdoor apparel and managing social media campaigns. As the Director of High-Alpine Mountain Guides, Silitch established a mountain guiding company to promote outdoor experiences and has led various skill development programs for over 200 individuals. Additionally, Silitch has taken on numerous coaching roles, including World Cup Coach for US Ski Mountaineering Association and World Cup Ski Mo Coach for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, while also instructing at Dartmouth Health. Silitch has contributed to the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team's snow safety initiatives and has been involved in educational roles throughout a diverse academic background, including an Executive MBA from the University of Utah and certifications as an IFMGA Mountain and Ski Guide.
