Miika Kossi is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of Experience Design at adidas since June 2019, Miika leads the user experience across all global digital platforms, including the adidas app and Confirmed. Prior roles include Global Director of Experience Design at adidas, UX Director at Emakina.NL, and Head of User Experience & Product Design at IceMobile, where Miika oversaw strategic design and team development. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Information Architect at StrawberryFrog Amsterdam and Sr. UX Design Lead at Media Catalyst, working with major global brands. Miika holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Lapland.
