Nicholas Gong is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the e-commerce sector and business development. As Senior Director of e-commerce at adidas from May 2017 to March 2022, Gong established the e-commerce function in adidas Korea and achieved a tenfold increase in e-commerce sales within four years, while managing the full financial P&L with the highest profitability globally. In a previous role as Senior Director of Business Development, Gong led a successful business recovery program in 2019 and garnered the APAC leadership award for Collaboration. Furthermore, Gong served as Director of Business Development, partnering strategically with the General Manager to implement initiatives that supported market share growth in Korea. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-tech and Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a summer program in Business Communication from UCLA.
