Priyanka Dhawan is an accomplished technology project manager with extensive experience in leading teams and managing resources across various sectors. Currently serving as Director Tech Project Manager at adidas since July 2021, Priyanka drives consistency, standardisation, and alignment within the tech hub to enhance performance in capacity planning and employee engagement. Priyanka’s previous roles include Senior Tech Project Manager at The LEGO Group and Delivery Manager at Publicis Sapient, where strategic planning and resource management were key responsibilities. Prior positions at PwC India as Principal Consultant - Resource Manager involved overseeing a practice of over 500 personnel in the public sector. Additional experience includes roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Aon Hewitt. Priyanka holds a Certification in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master’s Degree in Insurance Management from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara College.
