Pushpa Thakur has extensive experience in retail operations, having worked in various managerial roles across notable companies. Beginning as a Team Supervisor at Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited from June 2009 to July 2013, Pushpa then served as Deputy Manager at Inditex Zara from August 2013 to November 2014. Following this, a position as Multistore Operations Manager at Bestseller India from November 2014 to May 2019 was undertaken, leading to a role as Senior Store Manager at Nike from July 2019 to October 2022.
