Robert Hellwagner is a seasoned professional in digital product innovation with extensive experience in leading digital projects and enhancing consumer engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Product Innovation at adidas since March 2024, Robert focuses on digital sport experiences and brand activations. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Runtastic GmbH from October 2011 to April 2024, including Director of Product Innovation, Innovation Manager, Product Manager Mobile, and Software Engineer Games, specializing in HTML5 social-game development. Robert’s career began with an internship at HIT Lab NZ in 2009, where responsibilities included building VR and AR applications for educational purposes. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Media and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Knowledge Media from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
