Shyon Endara

Shyon Endara has a diverse work experience. Shyon started their career at Nestle Panama as a Logistics Specialist, responsible for distribution routes and inventory control. Shyon then moved on to become a Demand Planning specialist, collaborating with sales and marketing to establish demand plans.

After their tenure at Nestle, Endara joined adidas, where they held several roles. Shyon began as the Head of Forecasting, overseeing inventory management and implementing a ranging and planning tool for the area. Shyon then transitioned to the role of Area SCM Sr Director, leading the SCM team in Panama and successfully improving operational performance. Later, they became the Senior SCM Director in Chile, focusing on service levels, profitability, and cross-functional alignment. Currently, they hold the position of Sr Director DTC Operations at adidas.

Shyon Endara obtained a Masters degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University, where they also completed a degree in Professional Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
