Tessa Muller is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Senior Transformation Manager for Tech Learning & Engagement at adidas since June 2015. With a strong emphasis on skills-based learning, mindset transformation, and AI-augmented learning content platforms, Tessa also has extensive experience as a Senior Agile Coach and in various managerial roles focused on IT and HR talent development. Prior to adidas, Tessa worked as a Learning and Development Specialist, both independently and at ISS Facility Services, specializing in communication skills and intercultural coaching. Tessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from North-West University, a one-year certificate in Learning and Development from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a certificate in Professional Coaching Practice from Full Circle Global.
