Tim Phipps is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the sportswear and fashion industries. Currently serving as Vice President of the JD Group at adidas since March 2025, Tim previously held significant roles at ASOS.com as GM and Business Unit Director for Sportswear, and at Nike, where responsibilities included GM and Senior Business Director for various regions and accounts. Earlier career positions include leadership roles at Fred Perry and Reebok, where Tim gained expertise in global footwear sales. Tim graduated with a 2:1 degree in Business from Alliance Manchester Business School between 1997 and 2001.
