Paul Wile has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the aerospace industry, including positions at companies such as Zodiac Aerospace, Oldcastle Infrastructure, and Adient Aerospace. Paul has demonstrated success in managing operations, overseeing plant closures, and driving significant revenue growth. Paul holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has completed the TransDigm Leadership Development Program at USC Marshall Executive Education.
