Alicia Caballero

Alicia Caballero is an experienced EHS professional with extensive expertise in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as EHS Regional Manager at Adient since October 2016 and as HSE Regional Manager at Johnson Controls since July 2012, Alicia oversees health and safety for six locations in Chihuahua and Coahuila, managing compliance for approximately 10,000 employees and ensuring adherence to ISO 14k standards. Prior experience includes a decade as EHS Manager at TE Connectivity, where Alicia developed a strong knowledge of local regulations and corporate safety policies. Alicia holds degrees from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and the University of Juarez Mexico.
