Andrei Matyas

Andrei Matyas is an experienced professional specializing in Lean methodologies and operational excellence, currently serving as a Lean Specialist at Adient since January 2019, where responsibilities include preparing workshops for cost-saving initiatives and managing internal improvement projects. Prior to this role, Andrei worked at HELLA from June 2016 to January 2019 as an Operational Excellence & Industrial Engineer, focusing on productivity improvements, line layout design, and the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles. From October 2010 to June 2016, Andrei held dual roles as a Lean Specialist and Manufacturing Engineer at Philips, leading Lean initiatives and collaborating on new project introductions. Andrei holds a degree from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara, completed in 2010.
