Taha Bartuğ Kanık

Taha Bartuğ Kanık has a diverse range of work experience. Taha Bartuğ started as an Intern at Tepe İnşaat Sanayi A.Ş., where they worked as a Site Engineer on the prestigious AND Plaza project. Following their internship, they had a brief stint as a Kitchen Staff at Rockafellers Restaurant. Taha Bartuğ then joined Pernix Group, Inc. as a Project Control Engineer, where they contributed to the construction of a new office building, warehouse, and other facilities in Maputo, Mozambique. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Field Engineer at Pernix Group, Inc., where they oversaw civil site activities and coordinated various aspects of works. Subsequently, they became a Planning Department Specialist at Sima Cephe, where they managed planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 for multiple large scale and medium scale construction projects. Currently, Taha is employed as a Lean Planning Engineer at Pernix Group, Inc.

Taha Bartuğ Kanık obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Maltepe University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Taha Bartuğ also holds additional certifications in various fields, including Lean Project Delivery, OSHA-30, Primavera P6 for Project Management, and SAP2000. Taha Bartuğ Kanık obtained their Lean Project Delivery certification from the Lean Construction Institute (US) in July 2022. Taha Bartuğ received their OSHA-30 certification from ClickSafety in April 2019. In September 2017, they obtained their Primavera P6 for Project Management certification from AKIM Mühendislik. Additionally, they acquired their SAP2000 certification from SAP in December 2016.
