Andrew Crooks

Andrew Crooks is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Operations Director for Adient since May 2022, overseeing eight locations in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Director AMS EMEA, focusing on the development of a knowledge network for manufacturing systems. Andrew's extensive career includes roles such as Plant Manager at Johnson Controls, Programme Director/Operations Director at QinetiQ, and Contracts Manager at BATTENFELD GLOUCESTER EUROPE LIMITED. Previous positions also include European Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls and Operations Engineer at Kimberly-Clark. Andrew began a career as a Control Engineer at ICI and completed an internship at Emerson. Andrew is currently pursuing the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University.
