Brooke Bowers

Brooke Bowers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Automotive Industry Action Group since October 2023, Brooke Bowers has been with Adient since November 2016, holding multiple leadership roles including Executive Director of Global Sustainability and Executive Director of Program Management and Commercial Sales. Notably, Brooke Bowers executed the integration of Futuris and managed the consolidation of its North American locations into Adient's operations. Prior experience at Johnson Controls spanned over 13 years, where Brooke Bowers held various positions including Director of Continuous Improvement & Best Business Practices and Program Manager, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Brooke Bowers holds an MBA in Operations Management from Oakland University and a BA in Logistics from Michigan State University, complemented by leadership training from Johnson Controls in 2014.
