Fernando Cavazos

Fernando Cavazos is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Director of Quality at Adient since April 2020. Previously, Fernando held the position of Manufacturing Quality Director for Honeywell, focusing on Smart Energy Americas from May 2015 to April 2020. With a strong background at Johnson Controls Automotive, Fernando was Director of Manufacturing and Supplier Quality and oversaw a significant operation, managing a team of quality engineers and auditors. Early career roles included Quality Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and program launch coordination, and Materials Scheduler, overseeing production scheduling for major automotive clients. Fernando holds an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad del Valle de México and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
