Tina Rausch

Ms. Rausch has over fifteen years of Quality experience in FDA-regulated industries. She is an expert in interpreting and applying federal regulations to establish and maintain Current Good Manufacturing Practices in biologics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. In 2021, Ms. Rausch joined Miromatrix as Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Operations and was subsequently promoted to her current position in October 2022. As Senior Director of Quality, she is responsible for Miromatrix’s Quality department and system, and she is critical in supporting key Investigational New Drug (IND) applications. Prior to Miromatrix, Ms. Rausch held progressively increasing roles in technical and management positions, beginning at Paddock Laboratories/Perrigo, after which she served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Greatbatch Medical/Integer. In 2017, she joined Rebiotix, a biotechnology company focused on microbiome therapies, where she supported Phase 2 &3 trials and IND & BLA submissions. Ms. Rausch earned a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology followed by a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from South Dakota State University.
