Gabriela Dubjakova

Gabriela Dubjakova is a Compliance Manager at Adient, with experience in executing the SOX Compliance program for Shared Service Centers, focusing on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Records to Report departments. Gabriela assesses the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, identifies and reports internal control deficiencies, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, as a Regional Country Financial Services Manager at Adient, Gabriela managed the preparation and reporting of annual financial statements for over 40 legal entities across Central and Eastern Europe. Gabriela also served as an Audit Coordinator at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors. Gabriela holds a Master's degree from the Technical University of Košice.
