Helena Grimm has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Adient since July 2016, following various roles including Senior HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Manager of Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region. Prior to Adient, Helena worked at Taylor Root from April 2012 to June 2016 as a Consultant and Resourcer, and at Shilton Sharpe Quarry as a Resourcer from September 2011 to March 2012. Helena's academic background includes an LLM in Law from UCL, a LPC from BPP Law School, and a combined LLB and European Legal Studies (Hons) degree from the University of Aberdeen, alongside an Erasmus year at Maastricht University. Helena completed the International Baccalaureate at Malvern College and secondary education at Albertus Magnus Gymnasium in Germany.
