Sarah West

Sarah West currently serves as the Sr. Director HR Business Partner at REV Group, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Sarah held the role of Division Human Resources Director at Hartness, An ITW Company from September 2018 to April 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Electrolux from June 2016 to September 2018. Sarah's experience in human resources began at Dover Corporation as a Senior Human Resource Manager from February 2013 to May 2016, after which Sarah was a Regional Human Resources Manager at Greenheck Fan Corporation for nearly eight years. Earlier roles include Human Resource Consultant, Human Resource Specialist, and Human Resource Generalist at various organizations, including McLane Company and Phillip Gall's. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
