John Cruden is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Adient since February 2023, John previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Westfall Technik Inc. from April 2021 to February 2023. John’s career includes significant roles as General Manager at Flex from December 2012 to March 2021, and as Manufacturing Manager and Program Launch Manager at Saturn Electronics & Engineering from 2004 to December 2012. John began professional experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Bosch from 2002 to 2004 and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Saturn Electronics & Engineering from 1995 to 2002. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, completing studies between 1991 and 1995.
