Lee Greenham

Lee Greenham has extensive experience in finance within the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President Finance and Executive Director of Finance for North America Operations at Adient since May 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial activities for North America Operations and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives across the Americas. Previously, roles included Executive Director of Finance & Strategy at Adient and Director of Continuous Improvement & Best Business Practices, where Lee led global CI/BBP activities and managed strategic cost savings initiatives. Prior experience at Johnson Controls included multiple finance leadership roles, managing financial operations, compliance, and capital expenditures. Lee began a career as a Financial Analyst at Ford Motor Company after earning an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.
