Mike Carberry

Mike Carberry currently serves as the EMEA Director of Quality at Adient, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing overall quality in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles such as Quality Director at Hampson Precision Automotive (1995-1999) and Quality Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive (2005-2010), where tasks involved managing quality for significant automotive launches. Additionally, Mike has held leadership positions at Lear Corporation, focusing on the introduction of key seating systems, and at Johnson Controls in a senior quality management capacity, responsible for operational quality across multiple customer groups throughout Asia. Mike holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial and Product Design from The University of Bolton, obtained in 1995.
