Salvador Jakosalem

Salvador Jakosalem is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Adient since November 2016, building on previous roles at Johnson Controls. From November 2012 to October 2016, Salvador held the position of Senior Product Engineer at Johnson Controls, specializing in wire harness design and development for automotive seating. Prior to that, from March 2003 to November 2012, Salvador was a Lead Systems Engineer at Lear Corporation, leading engineering teams and overseeing wire harness design across multiple countries, including China, Korea, and India. Salvador began a career as a Quality Engineer/Mfg. Supervisor at Goodwill Industries of Cebu Inc., where responsibilities included developing quality management systems. Salvador holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Cebu Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise.
