Sameer Bagde

Sameer Bagde is an accomplished engineering manager with significant experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at Adient since November 2016, Sameer specializes in product strategy for front and rear seat structures in the APAC region, overseeing the process from RFI/RFQ to launch execution, along with product design and team skills development. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Johnson Controls and various engineering positions at Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd., CADES, Magna Steyr, TACO Faurecia Design Center, VJ Coresoft Pvt. Ltd., and CADTECH engineering solutions Pvt. Ltd. Sameer holds a PGDBM in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from KITS, Ramtek.
