Shaina Gooden

Shaina Gooden is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently employed at Adient since February 2019. Prior roles include positions at JAC Products as a Manufacturing Engineer and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, as well as earlier experiences at Magna International, RECARO North America, and as a Student Cook Supervisor at Michigan State University Culinary Services. Shaina has also held engineering internships at Ghafari Associates, General Motors, and FTE automotive GmbH, where responsibilities included conducting quality checks, generating bills of materials, and collaborating with engineering teams on vehicle projects. Shaina holds a degree from Michigan State University, achieved between 2011 and 2017.
