Stephen Doyle is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering within just-in-time (JIT) facilities. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Adient since November 2016, Stephen has previously held the same title at Johnson Controls Automotive UK Ltd. Stephen's career includes various managerial roles at Johnson Controls from 2005 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed new product launches and team management. Prior experience includes production management roles at Lear Corporation, as well as military service in HM Forces. Stephen began the career in a youth training program with Ford Motor Company and has a foundational education from St Chads RC.
