Yan Zhu has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as China Quality System Manager at Adient since October 2016, where responsibilities include providing expertise as a Total Quality Champion and supporting the implementation of AMS manufacturing practices. Prior to this role, Yan held the position of South China Quality Manager at 江森自控 from September 2007 to October 2016, focusing on timely product launches and developing quality staff models. Yan also served as China Quality Strategy, Quality System Manager, overseeing quality objectives for over 60 joint ventures and implementing improvement plans for critical quality issues. Earlier experience includes a role as Quality System Leader at Flextronics from 2004 to 2007.
